Despite a series of very public, forceful sales, ticket distribution still was significantly down from last year, even with WWE’s typical attendance inflation. During the two nights, WWE announced an attendance of 106,072, which was down from the 118,641 they announced for WM 41.

All told, this was the lowest attendance for a WrestleMania in the post-pandemic era. Numerous reasons have been proffered – exorbitant ticket prices, a poor build, returning to the same city two years in a row – but the simple fact remains that there were fewer people in attendance this year than any other two-night WrestleMania since pandemic restrictions ended.
