It's the news that shocked the wrestling world last week. Tazz, one 'Z' or two? Left TNA by mutual consent. A lot of rumours took the internet by storm speculating why the former Human Suplex Machine left the company in what seemed to be a blink of an eye. Was it because he wanted a pay rise? Was it because of creative differences? Was it due to a falling out with broadcast colleague Josh Mathews? There was a lot of options it could have been. The man now known as The Human Podcast Machine set the record straight on his show by revealing that he requested leave from his contract as his pay checks were arriving late in the mail. He was still receiving them, just not when he was meant to. He also revealed that his contract with Dixie Carter's company was up in the summer, so making the decision to leave a couple of months in advance wasn't the hardest. This is something that the TNA hierarchy should have been expecting. It's the same in any realm of sport, if you let someone's contract run down to its final few months, you should almost expect them to leave. Attentions now turn to what Tazz will do next.
