11. Blue Snowman

Many superheroes have an ice-themed villain and Wonder Woman is no different. In 1946, she battled a scientist called Byrna Brilyant who tried to create blue snow; a material that could freeze anything it touched. When she converted the material into a Snow Gun, she became evil (for some reason) and took on the guise of the Blue Snowman. (It's also worth mentioning that the costume looks NOTHING like a snowman.)

Until she was unmasked, it was assumed that the Blue Snowman was male. This means that Brilyant was posing as a man posing as a snowman. That seems pretty convoluted for such a forgettable villain.

She seems pretty similar to Mister Freeze... until her stories started introducing aliens. While the Blue Snowman battled the heroes of Earth, an alien called Vartox suddenly appeared. Brilyant was intoxicated by the extra-terrestrial's scent and instantly fell in love with him. Vartox had his planet-eating pet devour her.

I don't know how you start with something as simple as a supervillain who shoots ice to a story where she falls in love with an alien before being eaten by one.

The worst thing is that the Blue Snowman isn't the last ice-based supervillain on this list.
