Rook'shir was, quite possibly, the first person to ever wield the Phoenix Force. He did this by having a rather large sword known as the Blade of the Phoenix, which he used to destroy planets and anything else that ticked him off.

Having wiped out the Shi'ar Empire he was killed by Gladiator and for the next five-hundred years his descendants suffered death for his previous atrocities. So, good work there, Rook'shir fella.
