Like Anaconda, this is a film that spawned a number of sequels. However, its such a gem of a premise for a family-friendly comedy a family leaves their young son at home while on vacation and he has to deal with a couple of pesky burglars - that were bound to see a remake some time in the future. Theyd have to cast Kevin just right as much of the originals charm is in Macaulay Culkins performance, but Im sure theres no shortage of talented young undiscovered actors out there who could fill the shoes of the once plucky youngster.
