OK, so admittedly this costume is a million times more difficult to make than the others on this list but not entirely impossible... you could probably get at least halfway if you papier-mache a balloon (at least for the head). The rest could be done by using a lot of felt, or buying a pink jump suit and stuffing it full of cushions. The advantage of this costume is that although the outcome may end up looking terrible, at least most people would probably get what you were trying to go as. This is the kind of costume for people who don't want to dress up in anything to gothy or dark, but still want to go as an iconic villain. There is perhaps no villain more iconic or more famous in the last 10 years of cinema than this one, and on the plus side you would probably get a hell of a lot of hugs throughout the night. For bonus geek points, go with two friends and get one to dress up as Chuckles the depressed toy clown, and one as Big Baby... and if you are the lucky one who gets the simpler task as dressing up as the clown, if the costumes end up epically failing, at least a depressed clown will make more sense out of context in the Halloween setting.
