Aquaman is treated like the laughing stock of the Justice League. Far from being a weak hero confined to the sea, he is an aquatic warrior with super strength and a number of superpowers which make him a key addition to the Justice League. If the character is to be done justice in DC's Cinematic Universe, he needs to make a stunning first impression. Jason Momoa of Game Of Thrones and Conan The Barbarian fame, is going to introduce audiences to this ferocious character in Batman V Superman. His long hair and bushy beard suit the god-like character incredibly well, and he definitely has the muscles to rival the physically imposing male heroes who are already in the film. If 2018's solo Aquaman is to be a success, Dawn Of Justice needs to show that the character is more than just a man who can talk to fishes. It needs to show that he is super strong, and that he is a hardened warrior willing to defend his people by nearly any means. Momoa has experience in playing this sort of role, and he looks set to sort out Aquaman's damaged reputation.
