10 Characters That Could Make Up MCU's Young Avengers

10. Stature

Back in Ant-Man and the Wasp, Scott Lang's daughter told her dad that she could be his partner, watching his back while he was fighting crime. At the time it seemed like little more than an easter egg and nod to her Young Avengers career in the comics, given just how young she was, but a quick five year time jump later and it doesn't seem so unlikely.

After being portrayed by Abby Ryder Forston for her first two appearances, Emma Fuhrmann played an older version of Cassie in Avengers: Endgame, and has now been recast once again. Kathryn Newton will bring the character to life in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, in a change that suggests Marvel has bigger plans for her ahead. Why else would she be recast?

In the comics, she goes by the name of Stature, and in a similar vein to her dad, is able to shrink and grow to ridiculous sizes, only her ability is based on her emotions. When she feels guilty she shrinks, and when she is angry she grows bigger.

This could be of great use to the Young Avengers on screen as it was in the comics, and though she wasn't an original in the latter, her tenure in the MCU makes her a prime candidate to help found the Marvel Studios' version in the near future.
