10 Former X-Men Actors Perfect For The DCEU

10. Caleb Landry Jones

Looking back on X-Men: First Class, the supporting cast is extremely underrated. While James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender were stealing the show with their exceptional chemistry and fantastic embodiment of Xavier and Magneto, it was easy to overlook the potential in actors like Zoe Kravitz, Edi Gathegi, and especially, Caleb Landry Jones.

Since First Class, his talent has been featured in The Florida Project, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, and Get Out. Still relatively young in his career, we wouldn't be surprised to see Jones creeping up in another superhero blockbuster soon enough.

DC should keep an eye out for him.

After an intense performance in Get Out, imagine Jones tackling the role of Joker, Scarecrow or Mad Hatter in Matt Reeves' The Batman. Even Clock King would be done justice by Jones.

Jones is an actor who could give a villain an exceptionally dark portrayal in an R-rated film and easily tone it down for the DCEU's PG13 films.
