10 Great Comic Book Movies You'll Never Watch Again (And Why)

5. The Incredible Hulk

What It€™s About: Hiding in Brazil and working to control the monster inside of him, Bruce Banner is brought back into the fray when General Thunderbolt Ross attempts to capture him. Working with his former lover Betty, he flees the government and takes on the similarly-powerful Abomination, all the while trying to cure himself of the Hulk. Why It€™s Great: It might not be on par with some of Marvel€™s other movies but this is still a very enjoyable adventure. It€™s got humour, some solid fights and a strong performance from its lead. The reason it really stands out though, is how it acts as redemption for the previous Hulk film, helping to revert the character back to the comic-book tone readers were used to. Why You€™ll Never Watch It Again: Although Thunderbolt Ross now seems to finally be back in the picture at Marvel, The Incredible Hulk still feels like the forgotten film of the MCU. None of its events really had bearing on anything and the re-casting of Mark Ruffalo made Edward Norton€™s Bruce Banner feel like a completely separate character.
