2. X-Men

X-Men is still going pretty strong thanks to excellent movies like Days of Future Past and Logan, but with the numerous delays to Dark Phoenix and The New Mutants, as well as Bryan Singer’s allegations of abuse and assault, the franchise is in need of another go. With the Fox and Disney merge confirmed earlier this year, a reboot of the X-Men characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe would be the perfect idea.

Hugh Jackman played the character of Wolverine to perfection and to his logical end in Logan, so starting afresh with a new actor as Wolverine is the only way Fox could possibly justify bringing the character back (unless Dafne Keen as Laura from Logan took over his spot). The introduction of Magneto into the MCU would also be a huge deal, as an instigator of what could end up being a second Civil War-type scenario between mutant and non-mutant superheroes.
