It's A Sequel To...Machete Kills (2013) We haven't even had the pleasure of making the acquaintance of Machete Kills yet, but director Robert Rodriguez has already announced plans to whip out a third movie, making this Mexican-flavoured exploitation saga into a fully-fledged trilogy. The wonderful, wonderful title? Machete Kills Again... In Space! Why Danny Trejo's badass hero would ever find himself in the confines of space is one question we're all likely pondering right now, but who cares? Space! According to Rodriguez, who apparently plans to start shooting the movie at some point after Sin City 2, "it is a space opera. It does take place in space. Machete has to go into space. It's so absurd but it makes sense. You've got to go somewhere new in a third part... why not go into space? It's going to be so fun. It's played straight. Remember Moonraker? It's going to be like Machete and Moonraker." Okay, Robert, stop talking: take my money. Do We Want It? Don't ask stupid questions.
