2. Thor Basically Becomes A Guardian Of The Galaxy
One of the easy highlights of Infinity War was Thor (Chris Hemsworth) spending the entire movie hanging out with the Guardians of the Galaxy, Rocket (Bradley Cooper) and Groot (Vin Diesel) in particular.
Given the basically universal acclaim this teaming has received, it seems extremely likely that Thor, who has no homeland, no family and few remaining friends, will basically became an honorary Guardian in Phase 4. An Asgardian of the Galaxy, if you like?
Would it surprise anyone if he co-starred in Guardians Vol. 3? Him and Adam Warlock in the same movie is almost too much macho awesomeness to handle, and it's honestly a far more appealing prospect than rushing a fourth Thor movie out in the next few years.
This is a great niche for the character, and it absolutely must be leaned into.
