7. Weasel - Deadpool 2
With Deadpool 2 enjoying the fruits of an expanded ensemble cast, they can certainly afford to lose a character or two from the first movie, and Wade Wilson's (Ryan Reynolds) wise-cracking best pal Weasel (T.J. Miller) is basically the perfect candidate.
They can't really kill Vanessa (Morena Baccarin) because it'd make people too mad, but Weasel's demise would not only strengthen Wade's resolve to take down Cable (Josh Brolin) or whoever the movie's Big Bad really is, but it'd also be a convenient way to dispense with an actor plagued by controversy right now.
Miller became mired in sexual assault allegations last December, causing Fox to subsequently downplay his presence in their marketing campaign. However, with re-shoots taking place last month, is it possible that Fox has decided to alter Weasel's fate in post-production to effectively "future-proof" the movie?
Of course, it's possible Weasel dies in the movie anyway because it makes a certain amount of sense, but either way, there's a strong chance he doesn't reach the finish line.
