The Rumour: A Redditor who claimed to have seen the movie months ago says that Lex Luthor hatches a plan to launch drones into the sky in order to protect humanity from alien invaders. This is opposed by General Swanwick, who sends his best fighter pilot to take the drones out. That pilot? Hal Jordan, who apparently shows off his Green Lantern identity at the end of the scene. The rumour also claims that Dan Amboyer, who is currently credited only as "drone pilot", will be playing Jordan. How Likely Is It?: 4/10. It's definitely not impossible, but this flies in the face of everything we've been told about the Justice League cameos so far (namely that Lantern isn't one of them). There wouldn't be much sense to keeping Lantern's cameo secret while gladly revealing the others, and it's also rather unlikely that Warner Bros. would pick an unknown to play the character when they have their pick of high-profile actors. The rumour could be a half-truth, in that the character is neither confirmed nor denied to be Jordan in the movie, but in honesty, given the tricky nature of his character and how badly he flopped last time, Warner should probably wait until they have a firm base established before throwing him into the mix.
