An impressive and totally unexpected feat, there is little reason to think that the upcoming sequel, It: Chapter Two, won't do it all over again.

Horror sequels often struggle to recapture the magic of their predecessor because they tend to revive the concept for a new standalone story, but that isn't something that It's sequel has to worry about.
