12 Actors Who Admitted Doing A Movie Purely For The Money

4. Harrison Ford - Max Drummer (The Expendables 3)

When Bruce Willis refused to return for The Expendables 3, Stallone was quick to slam him, even taking to Twitter to vent €œGREEDY AND LAZY € A SURE FORMULA FOR CAREER FAILURE." He also made a big deal out of signing Harrison Ford to replace him, though it was obvious it would be little more than a well paid guest role. An interviewer questioned him about the film before release, where he said: €œThey asked me if I wanted to be in the movie, they gave me a reason that I should be.€ When the interviewer rubbed his fingers together to indicate money, Ford smiled and said €œThat€™s a good enough reason.€ The series basically swapped out a sleepy Bruce Willis for a sleepy Harrison Ford, who turns up randomly, mumbles some dialogue and promptly vanishes again. Since the same could be said for half the cast though, nobody really noticed.
