6. Simon Pegg & Edgar Wright - Land Of The Dead

George A. Romero's last good zombie movie, Land of the Dead, features both Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright in a highly entertaining cameo as two "photo booth zombies", who are chained up while the inclined can take pictures with them, free of fear of having their faces bitten off. The reason everyone misses this, of course, is because the pair are under heavy make-up.

Romero reportedly offered the invitation to the pair after viewing Shaun of the Dead and absolutely loving it. Imagine how Pegg and Wright felt going from making a low-budget zombie movie to acting for the man behind the most iconic zombie films of all time in the mere space of a year. Incredible.
