In one of the grimmest jokes you're likely to see in a comic book film any time ever, Colossus has Deadpool handcuffed to his wrist after the latter's little, uh, scuffle on the bridge with Ajax's goons. Deadpool, anxious to get after Ajax - who Colossus let slip away, the big lug - pulls out a knife, winks to the camera and says "Ever see 127 Hours? Spoiler alert." Then he starts going to town on his wrist with the knife. Negasonic Teenage Warhead gives out a delightful "uh, ew" as Colossus watches DP slip away from his severed hand and jump off the bridge into a garbage truck. Colossus looks down at Deadpool's hand still attached to the handcuff, which has been presented in the form of the best bird ever flipped on screen.
