9. Sausage Party

The great thing about the teaser poster for the Seth Rogen written, supermarket-set animation Sausage Party is that it’s both entirely innocent looking yet full of smutty innuendo at the same time. Well as long as you’re aware that the movie isn’t the kid-friendly film it might seem at first, that is.

At first glance there’s a happy looking hot dog, an inspirational tagline about heroes rising and a seemingly innocent title alluding to some kind of soiree celebrating pork-based goods. But we really know that hot dog is a penis metaphor, the tagline is talking about erections, and a Sausage Party certainly isn’t a party where the only food served is sausages.
