Of all the scenes on the list, this one is not for the fainthearted. If you ever wanted to see Gina Davis give birth to a fly larva, you're in luck! Because thats totally what happens here. Although it's just a nightmare of hers in the film, it's none the less horrific and chilling. Her complete disgust with her offspring reflects her feelings for her boyfriend Seth Brundle's (Jeff Goldbulm) slow transformation and where she finds herself in the situation. The moment where we see the larva writhing around in the gynecologists arms is at the same time disgusting and jawdroppingly mind-blowing. And watch for director David Cronenbergs cameo as the gynecologist.
