Though it's not likely to be among the more action-oriented films coming in 2016, Metanoia tells a very interesting story. It tells the real life tale of renowned Scottish psychiatrist RD Laing - played by David Tennant in a role far removed from Barty Crouch Jr - who set up a psychiatric community project at Kingsley Hall in London in the '60s. Laing was a hugely intriguing figure: he himself struggled with depression and alcoholism and while he was staunchly opposed to anti-psychotics in his private life he happily advocated an "anarachy of experiences". It looks like a vehicle for Tennant to impress further with his acting after Jessica Jones, and he will be helped along the way by Dumbledore himself playing one of his patients.
