6. Ethan Jumps Out A Window...And Flips In Mid-Air (Mission: Impossible II)
After the lab shootout, Ethan jumps out of the Biocyte building, flying through the air before he, somehow, performs a flip in mid-air, seconds before his parachute is deployed. It's an initially cool moment that's ruined by a goofy bout of acrobatics: it's just too silly and, like a lot of the action in the second movie, not at all plausible. Talk about a fast way to blow an otherwise enjoyable moment.
