32. Brian Gets Reinstated As A Cop (Fast & Furious)
Despite allowing Dom to escape at the end of the first film and being on the run at the start of the second movie, the FBI somehow sees it fit to reinstate him as an officer in the fourth movie, which is simply something the organisation would never, ever do (and they probably have a specific policy on not employing law-breakers). Though the film attempts to lampshade this by having Brian's superiors constantly questioning their decision, it still makes the whole outfit look incredibly stupid, which given the series' rather low attitude of the authorities, just might be the whole point.
