Jennifer Jason Leigh is one of those actresses who has been working consistently for just this side of forever with varying levels of fame and attention, and is currently experiencing a bit of a career resurgence after starring in Quentin Tarantino's latest film, The Hateful Eight. She got her start as the female lead in the teen classic Fast Times at Ridgemont High, and has been going strong ever since. Leigh is not an actress that most people associate with singing, especially not after watching her performance in Georgia, where she plays a pretty awful singer desperately trying to follow in her much more successful older sister's footsteps. But to hear her actual singing voice, you have to go back further, all the way to 1983's little known television movie Girls of the White Orchid, where she sings this little ditty. The entire spectacle is oh so very 80s, but it's fun to watch a very young Jennifer Jason Leigh sing her heart out on stage.
