1. James Franco - Pineapple Express

You wouldn't think that a stoner comedy would come with so many injuries, but as Seth Rogen recently revealed in a ten year anniversary Twitter celebration of Pineapple Express, there was a lot going on during the production, including accidental violence.

He revealed that James Franco's Saul (the character Rogen himself was due to play initially) only wore a headband because the actor legitimately burst his head open while shooting one key scene:

That's got to hurt.

The injuries on the set weren't limited to Franco either.

So there you go kids, don't take drugs.
