2. Flushed Into Space...Again

The second xenomorph is eventually defeated when, you guessed it, Daniels and Tennessee are able to team up and flush the alien out into space in the terraforming bay.

It's such an unoriginal way to dispose of the alien at this point, considering that it's basically what happened in the first, third and fourth movies, with some obvious variations along the way.

Was this really the strongest and most memorable finale writers Logan and Harper could've come up with? It feels like they hurriedly wrote it at the end of an intense deadline, or it was the subject of reshoots, which in the latter case it apparently wasn't.
