It seems that Alien: Covenant is going to double down on the religious symbolism that was heavily abundant in Prometheus, considering that this prologue itself is called The Last Supper.

There's some unmistakable religious imagery in the clip, most noticeably a recreation of Leonardo da Vinci's iconic painting of the very same name.

Daniels, as the movie's protagonist, takes the central Jesus role, and fans have already freely begun speculating whether or not Tess Haubrich taking the same position as Judas means she might end up as the mission's saboteur.
