11. Giant Peter Dinklage

Perhaps Infinity War's biggest surprise is the reveal that not only is Eitri the Dwarf King played by Peter Dinklage, but that Eitri is no mere dwarf by typical human categorisation: he's about 20 feet tall.

Given how dwarf actors are typically confined to playing trolls and stereotypical small-stature characters, this was a clever and creative way to give Dinklage a role that granted him literally greater screen presence than ever before.

It sure doesn't hurt that more casual audiences had no idea he was even going to appear in the movie, and Dinklage plays-up the hammy goofiness of his character superbly. Love it.
