Yes/No/Maybe?

Yes

Why?

100% yes. You literally cannot kill Marvel's Superman.

Even if we go with the idea that Spidey is off the table for a while... well, we can't, because a Spider-Man sequel is already confirmed.

How this affects Sony's plans with the character; any Venom movie cameos or anything in between is ALL up in the air, sure, but one thing's for certain: Spider-Man is not gone for good.
