12. Hulk Randomly Finds It And Weaponises It
If there's one thing you can rely Marvel's tie-in partners to do in the run-up to a big MCU release, it's to wilfuilly spoil major story details. LEGO sets with key plot points hit the Internet and other toy-lines end up showing off little character details (like Thor's new weapon).
With that in mind, Hasbro's recent reveal of some Infinity War toys like have a key revelation about Hulk and the Soul Stone. Because one of their toys includes the Jade Giant seemingly using the Soul Stone as part of a crudely made mace-like weapon.
It's not an answer to where it came from, but it's an interesting swerve nonetheless.

Sometimes these toy-related leaks prove to be spot on, but it seems a little unlikely that Hulk will simply find the Stone lying around and smush it together with a lump of concrete to make himself a tasty weapon.
