10. The Outriders
We're now treated to assorted shots of a full-scale war taking place on Wakanda, as Cap and Black Panther lead an assault against Thanos' army.
Cap can be seen punching an alien square in the face with his bare hands as the Wakandan soldiers do battle in the background, and another more telling shot shows Black Panther going toe-to-toe with one of the aliens.
In this shot, it's just possible to make out that these aliens are not the Chitauri as many originally suspected, but in fact Outriders, genetically engineered scout creatures which assault planets at the command of Thanos, in order to ravage them for his nefarious means.
They may end up being generic CGI baddies much like the Chitauri, but at least they look fairly convincing from a visual perspective, certainly more so than the digital Chitauri from the original Avengers movie.
9. Thanos Manhandles Spider-Man
Adding further fuel to that "Spider-Man is dead meat" theory is a brief sequence where Thanos can be seen slamming the web-slinger to the floor and throttling him.
It wouldn't be terribly surprising if Thanos was able to defeat the teenage newbie superhero, though one question does linger: if Tony Stark ends up holding Peter's hands post-battle as implied earlier in the trailer, how the hell does Spidey end up losing his gloves?
