8. RIP Vision?
Considering that Vision possesses the Mind Stone on his forehead, it was expected that Thanos would rip it from his head at some point, presumably killing him.
The trailer seems to confirm this, by having an unseen member of the Black Order, almost certainly Thanos' second-in-command Corvus Glaive, remove the Mind Stone, much to Vision's anguish.
It'll be interesting to see how Vision's demise is visualised in the movie, and whether anything will be left behind once the stone is claimed by Thanos.
7. The Infinity Gauntlet...Finally
One of the coolest sequences from the trailer shows Thanos dropping the Space Stone into the Infinity Gauntlet, at which point it flashes and binds itself to the notch carved out for it.
We can also see that the Power Stone (aka the Orb) is already in Thanos' possession and in the gauntlet, so at the time of his first assault, he's collected just two of the Infinity Stones,
Thanos looks like a total bada** as he holds the Infinity Gauntlet up and quips via voiceover, "Fun isn't something one considers when balancing the universe, but this does put a smile on my face."
