Batman V Superman: 10 Reasons Troy Baker Would Be The Perfect Joker

By Samuel Clements /

6. He€™s Got The Right Look

The Joker we know and love from the comics, the animated series and the games has been tall, relatively thin and possessing an eeriness about him due to this gaunt looks. The thin arms and legs, combined with his signature purple suit, have struck fear into fans for decades. Nicholson and Ledger were both amazing Jokers, but they did not possess this type of frame. Troy Baker certainly does. For the first time ever we would have a Joker who could look like he was taken straight out of the comics (or from the Arkham games). So far adaptations of the Joker have drawn influence from the comics; the purple suit has been a part of the character in some way, and the bleached skin and green hair has always been included in one form or another. The final piece has always had a Joker who is influenced by the comics, not based on the comics. Baker€™s thin frame and distinctive voice make him a perfect candidate to bring the character to the big screen once more.
