2. A File On Klaue Fills In Some Black Panther Backstory
A file on Ulysses Klaue is flashed oh so briefly in Age Of Ultron, but thanks to the magic of freeze framing its possible to read some backstory on the character and his relationship with Black Panther. The file states that TChaka, the ruler of Wakanda - and the original Black Panther - was invited to a conference in Bilderberg to discuss sharing their resources with the world. If he refused to negotiate Klaue was paid handsomely to assassinate him, but he also had a personal reason; one of TChakas ancestors had killed Klaues great-grandfather. The file doesnt state what happened next, but as TChaka is all but confirmed to still be alive in the MCU its likely the attempt failed. He may not stick around for long though; Klaw is famous for killing him in the comic, and his death might be the reason Black Panther teams up with The Avengers.
