2. Cap And Iron Man May Continue Their Feud In Spider-Man
In his excitement about Spider-Man, Robert Downey Jr may have accidentally confirmed that both he AND Chris Evans Captain America might be set to reunite for the wall-crawler's stand-alone movie. They showed up on the Jimmy Kimmel Show for the launch of the trailer, with Evans complaining that it was ridiculously hot in Atlanta during the shoot. Downey Jr responded to the comment with a casual: By the way, we are going to shoot in Atlanta again, you and I. That spells a bigger Avengers presence in Spider-Man. Rating: 8/10 In conjunction with Tom Hollands announcement that his Spider-Man stand-alone is set to film in Atlanta, it's a very firm possibility:
Were shooting in Atlanta for most of it, because they have studios there and I think its cheaper to build a New York set than it is to shoot here, because its going to be very expensiveWe probably will end up here (in New York) for one week or two.
But how do they do it? Could the Civil War tussle over Spider-Man spill over into that movie and see Tony Stark develop and suggest the Iron Spider suit (as a veiled means of spying on and limited Spidey's powers)? Would that then drive Spider-Man to align with Cap and his underground forces? Let's hope so.
