Along with Tom Holland's Spider-Man, Chadwick Boseman's Black Panther is the big new addition to the cast for Civil War, and his presence in the movie has arguably been overshadowed by Spidey getting in on the action. However, while the excitement for Spider-Man is understandable, Black Panther is actually going to have a bigger part to play in things here. Although the 'team' image showed him on Tony Stark's side, the expectation is that he will be more of a neutral figure (mostly because Marvel chief Kevin Feige said he will be more of a neutral figure). Like with Spider-Man and a couple of others on this list, we can simply look to the future to know his fate: Black Panther (the movie) will be released in 2018. Plus, if he is playing a Switzerland-type role, then he shouldn't be directly involved in the conflict, meaning there's less chance of him coming to any harm.
