5. Scar - Dave Bautista

As a dangerous villain turned important ally, Scar has one of the most interesting storylines in the show. On the surface, he's an angry warrior journey across Amestris with only revenge and hate in his heart. However, there's far more to the Ishvalan soldier, as you see through the show's 64-episode run.

He's not just out for vengeance to give the heroes someone to fight. Depending on your perspective of the characters, Scar is delivering much overdue justice for his people. Not only were the vast majority of Ishvalans murdered in cold blood by Amestrian soldiers in what can only be described as a genocide, he's had to deal with racism towards him and his people and he's probably dealing with a serious case of post-traumatic stress too. Pretty heavy subjects for a cartoon, right?

Although we've already got one current WWE star on this list, it's a former star of the wrestling promotion that we believe would be perfect for Scar. Dave Bautista has impressed audiences ever since he made his foray into acting, surprising many with his acting skills in Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Infinity War and the very underrated, Hotel Artemis.

His physicality makes him a believable threat and his skill as an actor helps us believe that he could pull off the more serious moments that would happen with his character too.
