6. Peter

Cause of Death: Burned by acid.

Deadpool 2's marketing quickly made Peter a fan favourite character, if only because he had no business being a member of the X-Force in the first place.

Many predicted that Peter wouldn't even make it to the ground during the parachute sequence, but to his credit, he actually lasted longer than most of the disposable X-Force members.

After his attempt to save Zeitgeist fails, an about-to-die Zeitgeist vomits acid all over Peter, melting his arm clean off in one of the movie's more grotesque "major" death scenes.

Mercifully, though, the movie's mid-credits scene shows Deadpool travelling back in time and telling Peter to move on with his life. Peter lives!
