3. Wong

In recent times, it almost feels as though Wong has the potential to become something of a mystical Nick Fury in the MCU. He is the Sorcerer Supreme, has been working with Emil Blonsky and who knows who else, and has potentially recruited Shang-Chi and Katy to the Avengers for some time in the future.

In his sixth MCU appearance, we know what we can expect from Wong now. He will always have that old married couple dynamic with Stephen, and will always prove beyond a doubt that he is a badass. No one could argue after this movie that he deserves the Sorcerer Supreme title.

Though a certain amount of his role was to deliver exposition to the audience through explaining mystical aspects and artifacts to Wanda, at no point did it feel like he was talking too much. He balanced this out well with some excellent fight scenes, and truly took the lead in the defence of Kamar-Taj.

Hopefully, there is a bigger role coming up for Wong in the future, however for now there is absolutely nothing wrong with what he is doing, offering solid and reliable support to some of the bigger names in the franchise.
