The runaway swan owned by Peter Ian Staker a cameo from Portal 2s Wheatley and famous British comedian Stephen Merchant was inspired by a true story in Wrights hometown of Wells. According to the DVD commentary, when an Inspector from London was in one of his first days on the job he heard that a swan had escaped from the moat of the towns castle. Apparently, he thought it was a prank but was water found chasing it across local fields, like Nicholas and Danny.
