28. Iron Man 2 (2010)

During Iron Man 2's Stark Expo, Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) schmoozes around in a quick montage sequence, where we catch a flash of Lee dressed up to resemble Larry King.

It's not really clear whether or not Lee is supposed to be playing King or a man who Tony mistakes for King, but either way, it's a pretty so-so rehash of a similar gag from the first Iron Man.

It's still amusing, but a little more effort would've gone a long way here.

27. Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)

Lee didn't have a hand in creating Captain America, but he is still highly instrumental in crafting the superhero as we know him today.

His cameo in Cap's first movie is pretty basic, but also fairly funny: he plays an army general at an awards ceremony who is waiting for Steve Rogers to make an appearance.

When a backstage suit comes to the stage to explain that Rogers is nowhere to be found, Lee's character mistakes the man for Cap and quips to his pal, "I thought he’d be taller."

It's easy to interpret this as a gag about Evans being on the shorter side of the mainline Avengers roster, but that likely wasn't the intent at the time.
