6. The Mystery MCU Project

In case you missed the big news, Spider-Man is staying in the MCU - at least for now - thanks to a huge deal that will tie Sony and Disney together in way more substantial ways than just sharing one small group of characters.
Interestingly, the announcement also included a line confirming that "as part of the arrangement, Spider-Man will also appear in one future Marvel Studios film." There's no word on what that will be, but you have to assume it's going to be an unannounced ensemble at this stage. Why else wouldn't they reveal it to be Spider-Man 4, when that would be a huge publicity win for both companies?
There's been some suggestion that Spider-Man may have links to the Fantastic Four in the MCU, just as he did in the comics, and other speculation has pointed either to a new Avengers movie or something like Secret Wars, which is on the Russos' wishlist. Let's hope it's the latter.
