23. The Headmaster

Along with William Stryker, Bolivar Trask and Zander Rice, The Headmaster sits in the band of humans who commit crimes on the bodies of mutants. He is the embodiment of "humanity's" fear of difference and a key cog in the Civil Rights allegory vein that runs throughout the X-Men franchise.

Played by the always-worth-his-money Eddie Marsan, the Headmaster is the head of the Essex House school for mutant rehabilitation - a monster emboldened by his religious convictions and belief that mutants are an abomination.

We see his evil deeds through Russell's memory and he's clearly a bad man who deserves what he gets in any timeline.
