4. A Man Of Steel 2 With Zack Snyder At The Helm

While Darkseid is traditionally a Justice League villain, he's battled Superman on a number of occasions, and could easily take centre stage in a Man of Steel sequel. Fans remain desperate to see this become a reality - #HenryCavillSuperman was trending as recently as yesterday - and a modestly budgeted Superman movie would give Snyder the chance to wrap up his loose ends.

It would obviously be in a different way than he originally intended, but if the events of The Flash movie do help these heroes avoid that "Knightmare" future, then it could be Superman who heads to Apokolips to ensure that Darkseid never gets chance to return to Earth and enact his plan.

This has all the makings of an epic tale, and without all those A-List actors, there's a much greater chance Warner Bros. will fork out the money to make it happen. Ultimately, it would be the best of both worlds; a continuation of Justice League and the Man of Steel sequel fans have been eagerly been anticipating since the first movie was released back in 2013.
