7. Dr Henry Allen's Familiar Prison Scene
Obviously, Billy Crudup's casting as Hank Allen is an Easter Egg in itself, as he's a Zack Snyder DC movie alumnus - having played Dr Manhattan in Watchmen already.
But his character's backstory provides an opportunity for a reference to The Flash TV show that so many people immediately compared to Ezra Miller's Flash.
It appears we're going to see another version of the story of his father murdering his wife and being locked away, just as we did in the comics and on the show (hinting at the existence of Reverse Flash in this universe too). And the hint of that we saw in the trailer suggests that we're going to see an almost shot-for-shot redo of the show's telling of this encounter through prison glass...
It's spot on, even down to the pair sharing a moment touching the glass...
