3. Wolverine's Berserker Rage
The film's third-act climax sees Pierce, Zander Rice and the Reavers track Logan, Laura and the other young mutants down. Logan then decides to ingest all of the curative serum at once, essentially sending him into berserker rage mode, where he slices an entire army of Reavers to shreds with Laura's help.

Though the serum only lasts a matter of minutes, it allows Logan to cut the enemy numbers down significantly, even if he's still got X-24 left to contend with. It's like Hugh Jackman took all of the frustration from all those PG-13 X-Men movies out in this enormously visceral, cathartic scene. It's gloriously violent.
