At one point, Bucky Barnes' evil alter-ego in The Winter Soldier was clearly based on something more like a wild man look with more replaced limbs than just his arm. Seemingly he'd have had two different types of replaced limbs too - with obviously metal legs and arms disguised to look like human skin.
