15. Arnim Zola - Captain America: The Winter Soldier/Ant-Man
When he first appeared in The First Avenger, Arnim Zola was just a "normal" Nazi scientist who looked like Toby Jones, but his return from the dead in The Winter Soldier allowed the artists the opportunity to have him look more like he did in the comics. Ultimately they chose to have him reimagined as just a face in a computer monitor.
