21. Red Skull - Captain America: The First Avenger

All-in-all, the design of Captain America: The First Avenger villain Red Skull was pretty impressive. It looked like the comic book villain and had some real impact to match Hugo Weaving's menacing performance. But if artist Ian Joyner had his way, Skull would have looked even more terrifying.

Artist Charlie Wen also came up with a couple of other looks for Red Skull with alternate uniforms..=

Strangely, him having full ears just makes him look weirder.
